Im looking to buy a Kara Fade 90/10 with a good corner. Im looking at something similar to this: http://s.metjm.net/JdSvOuN.jpg. Would 400 keys be enough or am I overpaying?

 

Make sure it's a true 90/10 fade, otherwise it's way too much. Can't really see the sides, but I still see a tiny scratch. 400 might be overpaying. You can check if it's a true 90/10 by checking the profile on csgozone. It should say pattern 100% for a true 90/10.

The float is good, corner is alright, I'd say it's maybe 360~ keys.
