94 Combat - 72 Attack, 74 Defence, 74 Strength, 75 HP, 70 Prayer, 80 Mage, 70 range No real Skilling perks apart from 88 fletch, 70 agility, 61 slayer, 50 construction (with 6 portals, mounted glory, and altar), 70 smith and 80 Woodcutting Has Barrows Gloves and Lunar Diplomacy done, around 190 QP. Has a few rune defenders but no firecape, void or torso Probably around 1-2m of stuff on the account, but don't take that into account What do you guys think this could go for if I sold it? Has most of the tedious things done, needs more levels for GWD but that wouldn't be too difficult.
Unfortunately, the GWD stats are what'd make it desirable. That or 94 mage for vengeance + Dharok PK'ing. Getting a fire cape would probably help a bit, too. Maybe $40-60? The quests and fletching level are nice, and I'm assuming you've done King's Ransom for Piety.
I'd happy pay $60~ for it, but probably not much more. Without higher combats and certain obtainable items it loses some value straight away!
Thanks for the replies, would the price ever increase exponentially, as in would getting say 94 mage and other 85+ stats increase linearly with the price of the stuff to get them? For example, lets say going from 80-94 mage costs me 8m gp, (random estimate), would the price go up no more than say 10m, or would it go up to something actually worth getting the levels? I have a different main that I play on, so unless there's a significant increase with me leveling it I'd probably just keep it as is. I'd probably just trade supplies from my main and get fire cape, I'd get 70 range then just do it. Any ideas on how much that would increase it, as well? I don't really see a reason to bother with torso on a 70+ defense account, as for PKing you'd use Dharoks and PvM you'd use Guthan's or God Wars armor. Any help would be great, just looking on how to increase the value.
Generally, no. There is a pretty consistent diminishing return on training an account you're looking to sell. This occurs because the cost you incur while training it is higher than what someone is willing to pay for the account with more training than the account with less training (more desirable account = more likely to recover, perhaps). This might not hold for your example (80-94 mage for 8m) since 94 or 99 mage might actually be worth 10m more in this case. If you were doing this on an rs3 account, though, it would almost certainly not be "worth it."
Why would I need pics in a price check thread? I can't access pics atm because the account doesn't have members but I'll get them this weekend when it's free, I'll probably train it this weekend then sell it.
