The combat level is not that high (78), because most of the time I've spent playing the game I was a non-member. I've only managed to buy two membership tokens, which one was already used, and one is still in my inventory waiting to get used along with some other stuff + some season items which can be claimed from Diango. The account was used only by me since it was created (2006), 120'ish days left till I can claim the 10 years cape. Clean record.

I'd say a lot less than 100$. If you was highly trusted, sure $100
You'd be more looking for 40-60 IMO

From other accounts I've seen, I think you'd maybe get $15-30 for it.

 

In my opinion 20-25, not worth much besides 10 year veteran...
