Premier/Business paypal accounts

Can anybody tell me if I can use a Business name on a premier account?

Also; If I upgrade my personal account to a business account, do I get to change my name to a business name?

You can't use a business name for a premier account.

Yes, upgrading to a business account allows you to change your name to your business name.
