Precautionary Ban Reversal

So I asked @Excelont to ban me in the discord because my personal twitter was compromised and I did not know if my computer was as well, as I was at school at the time. I regained access to my twitter account after resetting the password as the email was perfectly fine. Upon returning home I ran a virus scan with Malwarebytes and it came up empty. I would like to know what the next step is to be unbanned.
