    Sleep in, wake up like 4 hours before, Big meal full of carbs, Dumb, Whack off-Relieves unneeded stress- and than drink alot of water, so I stay hydrated.

    I don't do sports anymore. But if I know I'm about to box or fight someone I listen to Till I Collapse-Eminem.

    listen to music to get me pumped and eat some fruit high in carbohydrates to give me energy, and then work my muscles out so i dont pull or hurt anything.
