So any clue when this will happen? Just bought some 07 gold few weeks back, and if this is certain to happen, I'll just switch it now before 07 gp becomes inflated

I believe that it's whichever option is higher at the end of the time period. Well that's what Jagex is implying with these polls.


I'm expecting to see, in a few months, a message saying they're unable to successfully do it. However, I'll still remain hopeful that they do it though.

Old armours or new? New I'm guessing

I see the newer models still, but with overrides this isn't really a problem . As long as they keep coming out!

And 07 can be used for that still anyway I suppose.

 

New :/ just old combat system and old interface

But the old armors are customs in soloman's store for lotalty points (inf & drag).

 

And it seems like they will be making more .

Hopefully Barrows + Bronze-Rune and God Armours.

The good news is in that the time it would take to develop legacy mode, I'm sure more replica packs will come out. DFS, Torva, Pernix, and Virtus came out last week, and they added D chain + skirt to the Dragon pack!

I LOVE how the pre-eoc fans are telling the eoc fans to "adapt or quit". Mocking them for what they've been saying for a year saying old combat would never return in any capacity.

 

07 won't go there are so many things present on rs3 now that it won't be the same, dual weilding for example. I have a thread up on the 2007 RS discussion titled "why legacy mode won't affect 07", I suggest you check it out
