Throughout his dispute process all he has been saying is how it is wrong of me for bringing up his past and how "sad" I am for doing so. In his latest post he states,
- "I have absolutely no idea why he/she feels the need to defame me and continue to bury my name in the definition of scamming.."
as well as
- "I am not sure why @CircleTrader decided to pursue getting me banned, but I do not think it is right for him to do it to the extent he/she has. I don't know if there is disciplinary action for such thing, but he/she shouldn't be allowed to defame me for something that did not involve him at all."

Regarding the first point - I felt this way as I was doing research before purchasing from this user because he was all ready to trade until I had asked for a confirm on Sythe (made me think it was an imposter at first) but I had done some research first on Sythe to see if it was in fact his Skype. So after this I had assumed that he was just trying to do the whole if you didn't pm me on Sythe you can't prove it was me scam so I did some more research to see if he had been reported before. JACKPOT!!! He was banned on Powerbot for scamming! After this I had let this user know I had reported him and he went on to tell me how I'll never be as good as he is, etc, etc. Anyways, this is the reason I feel the need to "defame" him as he IS and WAS scammer. His business should be hurt as he has scammed somebody and people should know of his past so they know the potential risks of trading with this user.

As for the second point - I went out to get him banned because he was a scammer? There is nothing else to say about that first part but as for the second part LOL. How can he actually think that I should be disciplined for bringing up his SCAMMING past? It does NOT matter whether it involved myself or not, all that matters is I was trying to protect myself as well as the rest of the Sythe community from getting scammed once again by this member.

I would also like to add that throughout his dispute he has posted countless times that he will donate if he is unbanned. If I am not mistaken when @axelus aka Probemas had submitted his pardon he had been told this is seen as a form of bribery or basically as a pardon being "bought". This is the SAMETHING. But must I also add, @axelus was banned for SELLING PINS and not SCAMMING like this user above. Axelus had to pardon for selling pins and ban evasion but xseventeen17 only has to dispute for SCAMMING? He (xseventeen17) states "but the profit in the long run is too great to scam 5m right now." this seems to be that he is stating that he would scam in the future for a larger amount.

Lets also take a look at his conversation on powerbot - Scam report for SevenTeen

He states the SAME THING!!!! Here is a quote from that thread, "The idiot deleted some of the messages, please take care of this, i hope that this system can see edited messages." as well as "I don't recall me and you ever speaking. You have done a fair job creating a conversation and finding my profile picture online, I will give you that. But I am not going to let you defame me and my services. I have been doing services for people for close to 8 months now (been off for about 1 month) without a problem." Here is another quote from the same thread stating how he is the victim again, "I am confused why I am the target when there were others that were willing to buy your GP. I am sorry I chose not to buy from you, but now I am glad that I didn't." Why are we allowing the suspect play victim?!?!?!?!
