Any software or bot (not necessarily RS related) can be bought for a decent price. All programs come with a user-friendly interface that is easy to use and works on all OS (e.g. Windows, Mac, Linux etc)

Price: $20+ or 80m+ RS3

Time: 2-5 days

*Price & time depends on the difficulty of the required program

Android Custom-app Sales:

Custom android apps can be bought, e.g. Display-name availability checking app for android etc. My experience is limited, so I might or might not accept your order, depends entirely on the app required to be made.

Price: $30+ or 120m+ RS3

Time: 5-10 days

Java Tuitions:

Learn java in about 2 weeks time and start making your own programs based on your requirement. You can also sell your own programs on freelancing websites. Why Java? It is a very popular language, a primary language for android app development and it is a platform independent language (works on Mac, Windows, Linux etc)

Price: $10/hr

Time: Depends entirely on how much interest & time you put in
