has any1 got the the v3.0 to work? bc it doesn't work 4 me bc of the color picker it doesn't find the color...

 

I can't get the script to work. I've downloaded SCAR 3.06 and installed the current SRL. I went back a few posts and learned that I needed SRL 3.7. So I reinstalled SCAR and opened the SRL that came with the download, but I still keep getting this error every time I try to play the script:

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone could point out something I'm doing wrong. I'm using SCAR v3.06, with SRL 3.7 (that comes with the download). I have my setting changed to low detail, V bright. I have the script compiled and run, then I setup the script to get 5 loads of coal, facing north, and hit the rock every 5 seconds. I have Active checked, and Save Gems. Any ideas? Update, every time I run the script, there's a line on the bottom of SCAR that says something like "If you see this message for more than 3 seconds, stop and restart the script" I've stopped it and restarted a bunch of times and always the same result. The script seems like it starts working, it logs me into RS, clicks on the red "Click here to play" message, and then just stops. I'm sitting in the miner's guild next to coal, just hoping to mine it. I used the SRL.setup script, but I don't think that is affecting me. Is there a parameters somewhere in the script I should change? Or should defaults work fine? Thanks.

Open to your Scar folder ---> Includes ---> SRL ---> SRL ---> Core ---> Login.scar.
Go to line 28.
You should see this line:
Result := (GetColor(422, 480) = 16777215);

Change 422 to 421.
Now it should look like this Result := (GetColor(421, 480) = 16777215);

Save.

 

Cool, one step closer. Now it seems to be running the script, but in the log it says "Player Currently : Not Yet Started Autoing". Is there something I have to do to trigger the script? I thought I read all the right stuff to configure SCAR to run scripts, and I'm next to coal, I clicked on it to mine, and then saw my mouse check my equipped slots and go back to my backpack (so I think the script is half working). But once I finished mining it didn't move onto the next deposit. Also, thank you very much for your very quick response time Town.

Edit: after additional reading, http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=135018 I see that it says I need to update the colors of the mine each time, by changing the constant variable for coal. But even after doing this, the script just checks a Combat Options, then Worn Equipment, and finally back to Inventory. Then sits idle. I check the log, and it still says I haven't started autoing yet.

 

Make sure you drag the crosshair onto the Runescape screen before starting the script. Also, make sure you filled out the form correctly.

 

Yup, I always do the crosshair. The settings I have are Lamp Kill Mining, Loads 1 (for testing)

Mining (skill), Coal (ore), N (run direction)
Picked Color: 2900546 (coal color) Seconds: 5

Radio buttons checked are Active, Colors, and Save Gems. It all seems right to me.

PowerSkills 3.0 will only work with Scar 3.06 and SRL 3.7 (which comes in the PowerSkills 3.0 download). Once you've downloaded SRL 3.7 you have to go to your Scar 3.06 folder ---> Includes ---> SRL ---> SRL ---> Core ---> Login.scar. Go to line 28 and change the "GetColor(422, 480)" to "(GetColor(421, 480)". Save it and it will work.

alright i fixed that problem. now i get this one:

Hmmm, install it again. I think you may have installed it wrong.

If you know anything about Scar then in Includes ---> SRL ---> SRL ---> Core ---> Globals.scar, put

i have downloaded SRL and the Includes but i get this error when i attempt to run your script, Line 274: [Error] (1945:11): Unknown identifier 'FixD' in script C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.05\includes\srl\srl\core\Math.scar

and now i cannot exit scar, it gives me a coded error.

 

Scar 3.06, www.freddy1990.com. Use Ctrl + Alt + Del to exit Scar if you need to.
