powerking40 is a scammer

He sold me a f2p strength pure with 40 attack - 91 str for $24 USD.

I played the account for almost 2 weeks and he scammed back. Here is relevant evidence.

I changed the display name to a name which i will provide on PM request, trained the account to 96 strength by Soul Wars Botting (hopefully he gets banned lol)

 

I don't see how he scammed. If your saying he recovered the account back, there's nothing we can (unless you find proof of him admitting it, reselling, etc...) as we can't use word of mouth to ban.
