Selling a level 40 (with 1 prayer) with a firecape.

The method that I used to achieve this firecape is now fixed.
Note: The record for lowest combat with firecape is/was 39 (may now be banned.).

The account also comes with around 12M cash.

I am mostly just wondering how much I could get for this account. I may choose to sell it in the future.
I am interested in real life $ or RuneScape Classic gold.

Because I am very paranoid of having this account banned & totally gone to waste, I will not put up a picture at this time and will not be providing in-game proof.
If I am 100% sure I am going to sell this account, I will provide proof.
