Potential RAT/malicious program sender

He's sending ppl this in the Trade Bungalow discord server: Screenshot - edd850d16d3816f43e0d3f2e927d37d4 - Gyazo so i banned him just to be safe in case it was a RAT or something malicious.

I don't know if I should be reporting this here, but I thought i am just in case this is some form of blackhat/etc.

Applied a precautionary DNT to his account. @Andy Samberg or someone else with coding experience please run a virus scan or something to confirm or deny that the program is malicious? Thanks.

 

Have had the files checked and while a couple scanners have shown a trojan, it could also be a false positive like they often are. I would handle the sent file with extreme caution. @Brainiac can you please explain why you were sending out the file to multiple random people?

 

Hey, I'm trying to start this moparscape server and I wanted to check if the server is running correctly and people can join. None of my friends were online because it was a middle of the night, so I thought I'll ask someone on discord . It is a legit RSPS client, I can send you the source in PM where I got it from if you would like.

Mmk. Since you appear to be cooperative and since reviewing source code doesn't really prove anything because code can be edited after review then we're clearing this report.

Please try not to spam people sketchy things. If you want to advertise, make a official thread and stick to that.

Any underhanded collection/misuse of data, rats, or other malicious content found in anything you promote will result in a immediate ban. Keep that in mind, and good luck with your RSPS.
