posting in wrong places

Where are all the mods? A lot of people keep posting their threads in the wrong place. Everyone thinks video clips , Runescape questions , and spam go in this section. Its making me mad how they ignore the places they are suppose to be putting it. So please post your threads in the right place.

 

Why don't you try modding 60,000+ users but only about half active. Yea....
