Posting but not responding?

Would it be against the rules to post on a service/account selling thread claiming to have interest but not responding to questions about the service/account requested? I have a service thread and am currently selling an account, and it seems that one way that people like to increase postcount is to post on a thread saying they want a service or account, but not responding when I, for example, ask for their MSN. It seems to be against this part of the rules:

But I'd just like a clarification. Also, how should I be able to prove this?

 

You can't really tell who is doing it for postcount or not. Some people just really don't check up back on the thread because they forget about it.

Best thing for you to do is have them fill out a list demanding they put their MSN on it or you will report it for spamming.

 

I always posted my PA link or requested people to add me, massively, but it was for legit purposes of gold trading.

 

I usually pm them with a quote of of their post and I still get no reply.

 

Like I said, have a ToS saying that you will report them. I doubt it's that much of a big deal but if you get in touch with a Market Mod I'm sure they can work something out (deleting their posts, infracting for spamming)

 

If that's the case, just check is that person doing the same in the other threads, if he does - report him.
