Posting approval

Hi I have never scammed anyone and not looking to ever to do so. The reason why i have to have my posting approved is because one day i lost alot of money to some one lower level than me raged quit and had some cuss words on here and gave my account info up because i really wanted to quit well now im back just playing rsps and i have no file complaint against me next time i wont rage im sorry it got the best of me also since im some what new kodai wand is a scammer i have evidence

 

This isn't a pardon, so I'm not sure why this is being posted here. You're not ban evading, nor did you scam (as you mentioned), so I'm really confused as to why this was posted here.
