Post any seeds you found to create awesome natural landscapes or villages (after updating to 1.8), along with the X,Y position of said landscapes!

"Mojang" used to create huge mountains and stuff, but when I tried it in 1.8 i just got a big ocean.

yeah they do, you just have to start a new single player map, and click "Map Options"
 
Nice seeds, check my thread out if you want to try out 1.9 :)

The spawn point is different every time. There's basically two strategies to finding cool seeds:
Spam out the seeds by making worlds, and dumping them if they're not instantly interesting
Or make some seeds, and keep recreating the same world with the same seed (so you'll end up in different spots each time)
