Figured it was time to make a thread like this. Doesn't matter if you're small, medium or large, post up your gains if you are making them! This isn't a gay thing, more like motivation for some and ego boosting for others.

Also curious to see what supplements you guys take. Personally, I put protein in my smoothies and take pre-workout a couple times a month when I'm not feeling a workout. I've recently started cutting and it's been a bitch trying to not eat mcdons when I'm drunk.

What's your current body fat %? Your arm is up so it's hard to tell and I can't really judge your height but you seem a solid ~13%

Couldn't tell you man. I'm 5'11", and currently weight around 180 lbs. I'm shooting for a lean 170 by the summer. I've never had an eating plan and I probably never will since my body seems to do the work by itself at this age.

No fucking way you go to the same gym as me. I've actually met 3 other people from the island on sythe.

Well, those pictures are massive. However; currently 175lb, clean bulking until 200lb, then doing a cut cycle back down to 185lb in spring.

 

Little confused. Isn't it spring right now? My summer starts in april so that's why I'm cutting early. My bulk went from sept-march.

On a side note you are welcome to post more pics of your gf's ass.

 

Full year bulk brother. I was 135lb a year ago, been mass bulking for awhile. So I will bulk this year until 200lb, then cut back down beginning of next year.

40lb, that's some massive gains man. I bet you're pretty fking happy with that.

I'm on a new workout routine and diet to have a bit of fun with getting big. I've always preferred lean athletic, but for funsies and a change I'm going to start bulking. Might take a pic now and one after in a year or so and post it if the thread still exists.

Thanks brother. Yeah, way happy; but ready for more. I was the same way in that sense man, I actually enjoyed being thin with more of an athletic build. However; I realized after being in the gym for awhile, size matters to me. Then I just wanted to get massive and cut.


Ideal build would be between Bradley Martyn and Sadik Hadzovic. I think I would prefer to be Martyn's size honestly, but how cut Sadik is, its incredible. First phot is Bradley Martyn, second photo is Sadik.

At 175lb lean now...Thinking to slowly and cleanly bulk to 200 over the next year.

 

Adda boy, same here. 200lb this year is my goal - Strength has gone up incredibly over the past 6 months.
