    People i hear are still getting perm banned but not as much as you hear temp banns... it could be if you get temp banned you quit runescape... thats what i did .. actually when 3 years ago i got perm banned i just started fuckn with jagex detection system then left.

    Just to let everyone know, this is all part of Jagex's plan.
    They are probably watching the communities and laughing their asses off.
    For a week or two they will give out temp bans, then everyone is completely assured that all they will get is temp ban, so what do they do? EVERYONE SUICIDES.
    THEN, Jagex starts perm banning again, and everyone is afraid to bot and panics so everyone stops botting for a while. Then everyone who stops is banned, and all temp banned people are perm banned. Eventually, everyone is banned.

    Well a mod posted that there doing temp banns.. and they cant bann you permanetly when they gave you a temp .. they cant change there minds lol

    I sorta think they did this too with extra exp weekend, I heard a lot of accounts got banned on that weekend.
