Post link to ban thread on Banned User's profile.

A lot of the time when I look at someone's account and see oh, they're banned, I'm usually interested why. It generally takes a couple minutes to find out and I believe that after a user was banned, if the person who banned them posted a link to the thread, or posted a comment saying "Undisclosed Reason" or something to that extent, it would make understanding why an account was banned, easier.

If a user was banned in the past, this would allow people who are interacting with them to be knowledgeable about who they were dealing with, without having to do a lot of research.

Yes, it would take a moment longer for staff members to do when banning people, but I believe the benefits outweigh the costs.

 

Quite sure this was suggested and denied alot of times before, because we already have this thread: Where did [name here] go?

Yeah sorry. No support. I personally don't see the point for other members to be able to see this. Staff can already see this and they know how to deal with banned members. What is the use for regular members to see this information anyway? If we want to find out why a member was banned we can use the where did [name go] section or we could pm our favourite market mods like @Im Solo and @Wortel to grab the information. If that isn't there then we can pm any global mod to find the information for us.
