Post limits

What are Sythe's post length limits? in characters, words, lines, whatevers... also, does the limit include text in quotes or code brackets? Just wanna know how much I can cram into one thread lol

 

I've seen some pretty huge threads here man, what do you plan on creating a thread about?

I think it's 5.000 characters, not 100% sure though

 

Currently says the maximum character check is disabled

 

How much can I post without crashing things then? I feel like vouches threads are way over 5k but don't really want to fuck things up by posting 500k or something

There is an enforceable character limit in post option that according to Roary is currently disabled.

This means the only limit is the data type used by the db to store post content. Not sure what number of characters this corresponds to but the maximum *size* a post can be is 16MB.
