Post count/date since joined req for account selling

Is it just me, or are most of the threads in the rs account section created by new users created in 2016? It just seems pretty obvious what is going on. The last two times ive bought accounts off of here (2 years ago) they were recovered. Any chance of setting up some type of restriction as to who can sell accounts? Possibly post count, or better yet join date, and maybe a combination of the two. I know its not foolproof, but it would make it harder, or more time consuming for people to just make a new account and scam again. I guess we have middlemen and they serve their purpose, however I still think there should be some type of restriction on that type of forum.

A few different admins have confirmed that they won't be restricting the market. It's up to buyers to research who they are buying from.
