    Post All Active Orders

As i have not been here very long and already ran into a problem as of late getting scammed by a service owner i have been pretty much thinking this all morning almost.

Having a requirement of all service owners posting on their thread all active orders at the time of payment and maybe even progress.

Comments of how this could work better would be appreciated below.

Personally i wouldn't mind doing it at all i think it would be a good thing for people as i plan on running a full fledged service thread when i get more time and i think the time involved to have a spoiler or something on all service threads as a requirement at the least showing active orders would be a good idea. An example if you see a 200$ donor that has joined recently already has an order of say 1-99 construction where you know the supplies for that order are quite valuable this would make you more cautious and probably save yourself from someone who plans to steal a lot of peoples stuff at once.

    What would this help.

    1. Users would not be able to pile up so much items in value to scam/steal from other sythers.

    How would this be enforced/work/example?

    1.Example

User1= Scam quitting, he only post he has 2 orders, and is hiding a few more to aquire more stuff to steal.

User2= Has ordered from user1 and notices his service has been removed off the thread reports user1 and a Do not trade with status is added to him.

^i believe that once this took an effect as a rule the people buying services from the user would notice/check the thread more often daily and this would help with the problem i just ran into.

I'm sure someone else could word or put together a better meaning of what I'm trying to get at I'm not too good at this stuff but basically a system that required something like.

    Order: "example"
    Progress: "example"

sure would have helped me with what i just experienced.

Basically this would stop people or maybe just make people aware of someone that has hundreds of dollars worth of back orders and it could protect someone.

I believe this would work for smaller service, but it would be a struggle for big companies.

It would be a good thing, though. Users on Sythe would be able to determine where they would get the fastest and most efficiënt service.

    I can support this! :)

Let’s also give gold sites a 250m purchase/sell limit on all orders. No support free market, only deal with trusted members.

This would not be giving anyone a limit it would simply be making people aware.

Similar concept should we make all users aware of how much gold sites are being trusted with in current orders? Could you link some reports of trusted users scamming where said suggestion would have potentially prevented that happening? As always I feel we should be educating users rather than targeting providers.

As far as gold is considered it trades hands to fast for anything like this to be effective the account orders however i am talking about can get dragged out months for 100's of dollars so it would be effective here. And from what ive been told educating users only works so well when people from what i have told do what chinner just did all the time.

A lot of service owners are going to hate it because it takes up 30 seconds extra of their time and might limit them possibly with trades i can see that but if your vouched enough this really wouldn't effect you it would only effect people who are less trusted from what i could see.

Many of the bigger service owners will claim they don't want this due to "free market", but all it really is is them not wanting some of their requests going to other users should they have too many open offers at that moment.

@Buyacc @Dragonair , As Desirex said, free market. Sythe will not condone actions like what you suggested, he is extremely adamant about keeping the market as wide open as it can be. I don't think it is a terrible idea, but big business can't do this. Too much work. No support, sorry.

Still trying to understand what terms under a free market having someone required to post active orders violates? And why it would be too much work for a service to simply have a section in their service thread that said current orders they could literally copy and past the original form the person agreed to or the order details it would take seconds.

Would be much easier to just quote the form and say "done, or completed", and do that. But the point is, requiring people to show proof that they are working is frowned upon. If you need a good service done, pay a bit more, and ensure your product gets done.

That seems like a simple solution yes but from what ive been told its happened hundreds of times were new users get scammed in similar fashion to what chinner just did to me and a few other people because either they collect a bunch of accounts, gold and items all at the same time by selling multiple accounts and offering multiple services at the same time and leave with a lot of stolen stuff.

And before a do not trade or anything is applied they scam even more people which seems like a huge flaw if it keeps happening over and over.

And ive thought well the simple solution to this is always use a middleman but they can simply do the same thing as the person whos trying to steal peoples stuff in large amounts and quit.

Will have this closed as it didn't get much support but there has to be a solution to this problem if it has been happening as long as other people have told me even if its simply a video to watch when joining sythe your first time that contains guides etc.
