Seeing as we have recently seen reports with similar situations, this is seemingly no different -

I was reading his pardon request - Pardon wondered why he was DNT, noticed it was a report from me (i forgot who he is tbh) clicked on his profile to check stuff.
Is seemingly saying he overlooked the rules, yet is openly advertising his stuff YET again on his profile despite trying to pardon for market manipulation, and this is now just trying to bypass it again.
