Possible to get a banned account back?

I had an account banned for luring in 2008 and they released the account.
I got him back after 2 years

Have to be patient mate. I've posted on the forums to have back the account i once had in 2007 which had 3 full set h ween mask. in the 4 month period it got unbanned however they never emailed me and the password was changed which forced me to recover it. However i got it back and everything is the same. I know it was wierd ( didn't even had to pay )

 

I wish it happens to be I'm in the same situation but it just got banned this year!

 

jagex hardley EVER unbans accounts, the only time i have ever seen an account unbanned is when you actually get a hold of a jmod and somehow get them to believe that you were banned for being hacked or something you didn't do, i personally work with someone on my bug abuse team who knows alota jmods and not even he can get people unbanned for stupid reasons. jagex is impossible to get a hold of and there customer support is shit >.> another person i work with has been forum banned since 07 and not even then will a jmod make an exception just be cause he used to be a forum warrior as a kid on the rs forums.

so unless you your friends with a jmod your acc is banned for good >.>

 

Fucking jagex, I would think that they would embrace cheaters, most have more then 1 member accout (more money fOr them) but instead they deny member cheaters access to there accounts. Most people quit after losingall there money or account

 

Honestly I think it should have been unbanned by now... Have you even checked it lol? Anyways you'll at least have a new chance at an appeal if anything.

 

yes they do, especially if its for RWT or bug abuse and in some cases botting.

EDIT: didnt see the '10 years' i think thats an exaggeration, more like 5-6 years

 

Thought they had a thread every year where you could post on it and appeal old bans? That is how most people got their old accounts back.

Also when you are banned your membership doesnt stop. If you had 8 months left you ran out of membership 8 months after your ban just as you would have if you didn't stop playing.

Best bet would be to wait for one of those thread to appeal old offense comes up on the forums. If they even still do it. They don't unban random accounts over time doesn't matter how many years it has been. Only time people randomly got unbanned and didn't do anything was like previously mentioned they changed the value of blackmarks.

 

Nope. Every option which was at some point available has been abused to hell, so now there are no more options.
