Possible scam?

In guide sales, there are two different threads of someone selling a 7-9m p/h xfer guide. Both of the threads have the exact same outline, same reqs, and the two different accounts have the same email, and same creation date.

Just looks fishy to me?

 

The IP's match; he says in his sig that he had lost his sythe account (Bobby), and was using Qw until he recovered it.

As neither is banned, it looks fine.
