Possible in BH?

What happens to items if someone leaves BH before rogue killing someone, and the victim of the attack dies of poison? Does that negate the Rogue penalty? I was thinking of this because that would allow you to leave, then when the person dies, go back in and take the loot and leave instantly. Would make gold xfering much easier.

I don't think it'll work, I think the drop will just disappear.

it happens i was fighting some one the i left and some one else killed him i got kill i saw it on the floor i happend to be in the exact same spot when he died

The loot disappears, I've tried it a few times before. Just like if you kill someone, and you don't get the drop, nobody gets the drop - the loot just disappears.

No since if he dies he cant go back inside for 2 minutes. If he exits then he cant enter for 30 seconds.
