Poscola scammed 2.2m eoc

Explanation of the trade: I was buying ss2 gp off him for eoc. It was 22m for 2.2b. We were going to do increments so I decided to do 1/10th of it which was 2.2m He accepted it ingame then he blocked me on skype.
How they scammed: He accepted the first increment and never gave me the gp.

I know he's been temporarily banned according to another scam report, but he should be perm banned for scamming twice! It is clear that his only point of interest at sythe is scamming.
