I scammed another person out of $35 for a runescape private server account. I have moved to another city since the incident and I've been trying to build a reputation on sythe since my return on Pootang69. And I'd be willing to pay the price of which I scammed along with the $12 I'm already paying this week to scam victims of the sythe community.

Few questions:
- Am I missing any other accounts you've had on Sythe?
- Have you scammed anywhere else, such as on Powerbot, OSBot, EpicNPC or any other community?
- Why did you never Request A Pardon before, except for that now you've been caught?

Also I'd like some detailed explanation of this scam report. We discussed this on Discord but since I handle alot of cases at the moment my brain malfunctions most of the time. To be clear: He scammed you for 4.1M 07GP, but you found 12M 07GP on the account instead when you recovered it?

I have not scammed on any other community forums.

In all honesty my answer for this question isn't the best but I want to be truthful. Until around a month ago I didn't really realise there was a pardon system. Ever since I scammed and got banned I lost intentions of scamming people and I wanted to be apart of this community and a trusted user people looked at. Each time I was caught evading I'd leave for a bit. I recently got really stuck into 07 and wanted to try again, I made my account and I haven't scammed anyone or intended to. I realised there was a pardon system because I was wanting my old name Nozza back and I was checking if it was possible. I considered it but I came to the realisation that it would ruin any chance at being a reputable user in this community. I'm older and more mature then I was when I scammed and I have a larger amount of respect and morals. I know what I did and I don't want to hide and run by evading, I just want to be apart of this community with a clean slate.

So with this situation what happened was I was selling an obby mauler to this bloke, we were looking for a MM, we had agreed on a price of 16.1m 07 gp. The search for a MM took a long time so we had small talk for a bit and he seemed like a decent bloke. He asked me to go first multiple times and I adventually came to terms that we could meet in the middle ground. We came to the terms that as long as he showed me 16.1m and gave me 4.1m I'd hand the account over. So he did, but then after he took over an hour just saying "wait just checking stuff" "hold on" till he finally admitted to being an evader and just trying to scam me. (I believe he was going to use a mm but then he had an opportunity which he took). I then made the report and the user got banned a day or so later. I made an attempt at recovering the account and it was declined. A few days later I tried again but added more details in the recover form and the next day the account was recovered. I log into the account to find the remainder of the deal, the 12m sitting in the bank along with some f2p pvp items. That's when I then commented on the ban report saying what had happened and we discussed it on discord a few days later.

I also highly doubt you're speaking the truth about @nozza ten
- You're both known as "Nozza"
- You're both from Australia
- You're both called "Noah"

As you can see more and more starts to pile up from the past and most of the digging has been done by me now. If you want us to tell us anything more, such as which Hackforums accounts you have used etc, now is the time. I highly doubt you'd want me to throw more stuff at you. People tend to go for this option in all cases, but it truly is the worst option.

The sythe users I have ban evaded on are, Nozza, nozza69, 69kings69, Pootang69, Tommysales, Bentommy. My original account is tecra45, the one that has been banned for scamming.
The rest of the accounts listed are not me and I don't know how they have been linked to me at all because they're not mine nor have I lived in a house with anyone else who has used sythe.

I have 2 account on EpicNPC and 1 account on playerauctions.

In Australia it is an old nickname trait to add zza onto names, such as Bazza, Dazza, Shazza ect.

I know I scammed 3 years ago. For that I respect the decisions you make on my pardon. But just ask yourself, why would I pay $35 to the community if I was just going to scam again?

End of the day I have no excuse for my actions.

 

Alright I'll believe you on the fact that those are your accounts. I highly doubt you have no Hackforums account but I can't dig any up either. Contact me on Skype/Discord once you're ready to repay your scams.
