Doing Iron Man if I suck at rs?

I've never really done RS right, always bought GP, paid people to quest, skill, but I have nothing better to do and am thinking about doing iron man. Is it worth it if I don't know how to easily get money or skills up?

 

If you think you'll enjoy it go for it, look up guides on how to get money/skills up fastest etc

 

It's actually a pretty cool experience. It adds to the nostalgia from back in the day since I was a loser and din't trade anybody. I wish they released an iron-man world. Just one. That'd be so cool lmao.

Go for it, what could hurt? If you don't enjoy it, you can always stop.

There are a lot of guide on how to quickstart yoru Iron-Man, but I recommend doing it with no guides, was much more fun for me that way. Everyone just runs steel platebodies for cash now, too mainstream/meta/boring.

Give me your opinion if you ever decide to make one!

 

You cant trade or buy/sell anything in iron man right? All by hand? That would be hard haha

 

Well I mean that's how it was for me back in the day anyways XD. For the first year I didn't even know you can trade people.

I remember my friend in real life letting me borrow his black longsword and threatening me if I didn't give it back hahaha.

I think you'd enjoy it. It forces to you play the game it was meant to be played. Though I have to say, it is a huge grind and can quite quite frustrating. Still worth a shot though, you never know ^-^

 

Think I'm just gonna go back to league. I hear girls play that. But it could be a rumor.

 

You should at least give iron man a shot . I did it for a while and it was actually some of the most fun I ever had on runescape. You get to self rely on yourself and you do not have the ability of cheating by buying/or trading yourself gold from your other accounts. Up to you man, but it is a lot of fun

 

Iron men aren't my type of gameplay but it does definitely seem interesting/challenging, a lot of people have also been doing F2P Ultimate Iron men which seem to be somewhat enjoyable weirdly. Try it out!

 

You'll probably enjoy being forced to play the game correctly. Being an Iron Man feels incredibly rewarding when you make large accomplishments.

 

If you look at "A Friend's" iron man videos, you'll realize its a terrible grind and for someone who usually paid people for services you might not find it enjoyable.

 

If you want a challenge and is very time consuming sure make an iron man however starting off an iron man is very demotivating and grindy also trying to get items for a quest is a pain and this could devalue the way you play however once you get into the good bits, When you have miscellnia unlocked, You can start making decent money and moving on into getting gear into zulrah and making your account generally better

 

Just know if you decide to turn it off, it won't turn off for a week

 

I've been playing an ironman. I do it because it's more challenging and makes me go out of my way for things in the game. It makes me do things I've never done before which is a whole new play style. I enjoy it.

Iron Man is a difficult experience to say the least, you will be spending a lot more time on things you normally wouldn't.

 

If you've paid for your previous accounts to be made, I'd advise against creating an account unless you plan on investing time into it or paying someone again.

 

Doing ironman before playing actual rs would be extremely challenging

 

but you'll gain a ton of knowledge about the game in the process, and its quite fun
