    He's paying a 400$ also faces animal cruelty, and also faces drug charges.
    This guy is a complete idiot, he said the reason why he did it because the cat was hyper....And he wanted it too like chill down......
    Lol don't mess with Kitty, because he's now facing drug charges and has to pay 400$ and also faces animal cruelty. With all these charges, he could go up to 5 years in prison.

    Kinda sad that this happen. Animals have feelings too.

    What he did was make a homemade contraption, not a real glass bong. It was a 12 x 6 in. box with a garden hose attached to it. The cat wasn't dead, it was just overly hyper, so he decided to get his cat high. That's actually pretty amusing, but he's still an idiot.
