Havent did solid Gfx in forever and i need ideas for this!!!!

I wanna keep the glowing line but will most likely change the shape of it.

I don't like the font nor the placement. Get a new font and put it to the left of his left foot and maybe remove some of the line. Not really much to improve, because there's not much there.

 

Yeah now that i look at it the font is terrible, not just improvement i mean ideas, i need an idea for a background and im gonna improve the line.

 

I'd personally have Blastoise spraying the blue out of his cannons, but thats just me. The swiggly line looks out of place to me and random.
