    PTC is down, i just created a poke go google account, logged in and everything works for me.
    I'm not sure why you're getting that error on a google account, all I know is that it did happen to someone else in the first beta release after the poke go 0.31.0 update.

    Depending on the location, i change between 20 to 40km/h.
    Some good locations: Sydney(250+ pokestops), NYC times square, Santa Monica Pier(sometimes rare pokemons). Just keep in mind if you move an unrealistic amount within a short timeframe, lets say from NYC to Sydney, you'll get softbanned. Then you just gotta use the Force Unban feature which will unban you.

    Ive also read about a snipe bot being used. And for those who wanna catch em all there's a discord setup to report rare or high IV pokemon coords Discord pretty much 24/7 updates

    Interesting. I was talking about the google account, not the PTC. I assumed they were still down.

    As for speeds, average walking speed is 6km/h, I have mine on 19.
