    I've been extremely lenient with @Pokemon Cards and he's yet to make any progress here, therefore I've banned him for 3 months + the DNT (Do-Not-Trade) rank will remain on his account until he decides to make things right by refunding you and successfully pardoning. I'm sorry for your loss @Zach W.
