This is not a troll thread.
I contemplated for a couple of minutes whether to post this in Feedback or Suggestions, but I chose Feedback because I was requesting clarification on the issue rather than an amendment to it. (IE please don't infract me for posting in wrong section)
Within the site rule it says:
Now I just want this addressed, when does nudity count as porn and not art. They used to show us the structures of penises and vaginas in school when I was 13 in biology. I always thought porn was act of sexual exciting someone else. Now while a photograph may be able to sexually excite somebody, if it is not published for that purpose can it really be classified as porn?
I think there is definitely a distinction between nudity and porn. But since the rules don't classify nudity as porn, can someone really be posted for posting something, say nude art? While most places make it obligatory for porn to be 18+, a lot of movies that contain nudity are MA15+, therefore proving that nudity is not porn.
So either incorporate it into the rules to make it that nudity counts as porn, or leave it out altogether. Leaving gray areas within the rules only opens it up to abuse, when I think it could be addressed very, very easily.
Just my opinion.

Within the site rule it says:
- Porn/Gore: posting pictures, videos, links to websites related to porn/extreme gore, etc. The staff will decide what constitutes porn or gore. It is not for you to decide. Steer clear of posting anything which could be interpreted as this.
