Pmod Info Thread! i need every detail!

If the account doesn't get locked while being transferred from the original owner to the company, it surely will when it's sold to you. There's absolutely nothing to protect yourself from the account getting recovered, in fact jagex may return it to the original owner themselves. (Though they'll remove the pmod status as well)

Well buddy, I can only see this turning out bad. You can never sit comfortably on a account like this. It can be taken away from you when you least expect it but if you have the money to blow go for it.

 

I understand completely, the risk level and the chance i'll actually secure the account is about 10%, however the that's why im waiting 4-5 months before buying it from the company - It'll secure the account for them, as holding a pmod account for more then 4 months is amazingly small chance when buying, after this i can easily buy from them using the proper precautions, i didn't ask for flamers i asked for advice on how i can increase my chances of securing myself an account like this.

 

How does that make sense? Why in the world would you want to secure the account with the company, and then buy it? >_<

 

I don't know if anyone has said this, but when a pmod becomes a moderator, they get a letter in real life congratulating them. Ask for this letter. On it contains specific details incase the account should be recovered or something.
