Sythe Verified - An extra level of verification.

So, I had just finished reading this topic: http://www.sythe.org/community-input/1580409-sythe-verified.html
It occurred to me, that it might be beneficial to provide a second level of "Sythe Verified".

Basically, this second level would be recognizable by a more enhanced SVU rank.

In order to obtain this rank, people would first have to become SVU the normal way, and afterwards send in a copy of a valid government ID, and either a bank statement or a second proof of residency.
This would need to match the name that is/was on the paypal account that was used to become SVU.

This information would also be released to the victims in case the user has been confirmed to have scammed.



On another forums, sending this information to admins is a requirement for the "Trusted" / "Highly Trusted" ranks (not the bank statement/second proof of residency, but that is an easy to check added security measure. It would also prevent people who quickly take a picture of someone's ID and build a paypal around it to easily become this level of verified).


The intent would be to further deter scammers; this kind of information no one wants to have made public to a victim they'd scam.
