TBH, quest Prayer to 43. It'll help tons, plus you will only gain 1-2 combat level(s).

My pure, (which has similar stats to yours), gains a lot of EXP at experiments. Although I don't know how busy they'll be for you, during my time zone they're empty.
EDIT: You need to have got to a certain stage in 'Creature of Fenkenstein' quest.
