Why is he not banned.

Any other member would be banned if he had not payed for 2 months.

Obviously he's going to scam later on.

Second, he lied and said he had sent the money in the mail
When clearly he didn't.

He caught himself up in a lie. Why not just ban the fucker. It's more than obvious.

 

That case is being reviewed in the staff lounge. He has tried to pay Sebben, and is continuing to try and pay Sebben. This would be same for any other member, though you should know that each case is different.
