I'll support the TWC removal.

While I don't agree with how you went about the report, I feel like you didn't mean to harm anyone at the end of the day because while you did give false deadlines constantly, ultimately you kept your promise in regard to making sure he was fully paid. You also obtained like 25-30 vouches since then. I haven't seen any issues from you since, but make sure you don't give deadlines you can't keep up with in the future so you never run into this issue again.
