Pleasee need help with my Server!!

Hello everyone, im like in need of help. I downloaded ALLStar scape source, and coded it all, i also downloaded java jdk version 10, did the environment thing (i think), entered to the Router's page and opened the port. but when i go to moparscape and try to register the server look what it appears:

"The server Armadyl-scape is ofline, it must be online before u register it here."
