Please Unban Me

Hi basically i've made a different account, because i've came back off holiday to find that im unbanned without even gettin a chance to appeal, now i saw the thread http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1363997, basically he's just randomly came up out of nowhere and decided to report me saying i've scammed him 280$ however much it was, now i know there is screenshots there and yes this trade was a legit trade untill he did a chargeback, which he has not shown in any screenshots whatsoever, hes only posted what he thought could get me banned, obviously it's enough to get me banned even though i don't see this as proof at all whatsoever, the account i was selling to him was recoverd back by myself because paypal contacted me saying his bank did a chargeback on the account along with them saying "virtual trades are not coverd etc" so even though i did make him send as a gift he was still able to recover his money back safe and sound, and the account was recoverd back safe and sound, now i honestly don't see why i got banned for this, it was a trade that went wrong and it was HIS fault. sure thats my skype email etc, why would it not be? i don't see this as proof of me scamming him at all :l after all most moderators/admins surely must know its easy to chargback on paypal as virtual trades are not coverd ALONG with the fact he has a bank account verified on it, ask him to upload transactions AFTER this date and there you will have his chargback crystal clear, Used my phone to post this. thanks and please may somebody look at this and see im wrongfully banned!!
