Please solve my really unjust ban quickly

As my last dispute had over a 100 views, but got completely ignored I decided to make a new one.

Sythe name: Jeffrey

Reason of ban: Bringing in fake OMM

Why it was unjust:
Due to some REALLY lame error made by a mod, I got banned for Why so seri0us' fake OMM.
You must've misunderstood the screenshots. He was looking for a main, I offered mine, he brought in [email protected], I fooled around for a bit knowing his email address was fake and Why so seri0us pretended he was the one getting scammed. Obviously the both of them were a team.
After posting the screenshots of the MSN convo some (I presume not too bright person) banned me for bringing him in instead of Why so Seri0us.

I later found out Why so seri0us had been ban evading (PM me if you're interested in full story). Please check this thread and compare fresh and why's ip's. You'll see why. http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=650713&page=2

Additionally, Leek9, also a victim of Why so seri0us' fake OMM scam, said he'd buy my account. I made a sarcastic joke that we should use [email protected] as our OMM. Later Leek9 accidentally typed in our MSN convo that he wanted to scam me. Therefore I took screenshots, reported him and he later claimed them to be forged.

PROOF:

If the screenshots below turn out to be invalid proof (they DID serve as proof to get me banned) I'd be happy to film my full msn history with both Why so seri0us and Leek9 or dig it all up from Sythe conversations.
