guessing there's a strong possibility this is either just a friend you're trying to troll or someone you legitimately hate but either way they may not actually be doing what you're saying they have been

either way like i said they have to be in the act of it for us to actually report them for it, reporting him in the middle of a LoL stream won't do anything
