If the sticky could be removed, and another moderator could make it again, it'd be greatly appreciated. It'd look better if the creator of the thread wasn't banned.

I think that one should be removed, and another moderator make a new one for the same purpose. Just looks better if it's not a banned member who makes a popular thread (and can maintain it).

I dont think it matters, just unlock it if you want to use it.
