Please remove 2FA from my original sythe account

Hey, I am writing here to request removal of my 2FA to my account "adamrune50" adamrune50 - my old phone's battery gave up years ago, in which i haven't been able to login since. I am the registered owner of the email address, I know the accounts password, I just simply can't login because of 2FA. So now I am on a new phone unable to login to my account because the 2FA was to the phone that is no longer available.

The email address is mine on the account, I thought i would be able to recover it using email but don't seem to be able to.

I made a thread like this years ago but nothing was done. I want to use that account because it was made in 2009. Not this new one.

Your IP isn't an exact match with your previous account and your account has limited information for us to go off of. The fastest way for us to remove your 2FA would be for you to provide a picture of your ID should your email contain your name. This will be hidden from the public.
