I wouldn't say give up, but i'd say try get some vouches other ways, in order to prove you're legit.
then maybe, just maybe someone might be interested.

As for 0 reputation, sell your account through Playerauctions. There, your reputation doesn't matter. You sell the account, receive cash in exchange, and that's that. If you were to recover the account you should know that Playerauctions will report you to Jagex and your account will be banned 100%. All sales through Playerauctions are final.

If the buyer attempts to charge back his payment you have nothing to worry about; playerauctions takes the loss. You already have your money.
