Please note: Donators aren't automatically trusted

Every day I see people. Saying like "OMG I got scammed by a trusted person!"
Then you find out that this 'trusted' person was a donator.

What on earth makes a guy trusted just because he's donated some money?

Please ignore the donator rank and look at everything else. Just like you would do if the guy didn't have that rank...


And if any donator for some reason will hate me now thinking "OMG Cheeter ruined my trades, now my rank's useless now"
It is useless in trades. It's a symbol for what a generous person you are by helping out the community.

I guess the mentality is, a donator will only scam if it's worth more than his donation. For example, if someone has donated 5M, you wouldn't expect them to scam 2M. However, people are unpredictable, and they're also stupid. There are 5M donators who have scammed 1-2M, I guess they're hoping the person they're scamming isn't taking screenshots.

However, you have to bear in mind that if someone has donated 50M to Sythe.org, it is unlikely that person would scam for any amount less than that.

It's not GUARANTEED, but something of a guideline.

 

Unless of course they donated for the specific purpose of scamming...

Scammers are like investors to an extent.. Sure, they can fork over 16m, 25m, etc. if it affords them opportunity for profit..

 

Pff you'd have to be extremely mentally dificent if you think a donator is auto deemed as trustworthy

 

Imo, 60%+ of the people with the '1M Donator' rank have intentions to scam. The other 40% are just poor

 

i agree cheetah, alot of donators plan to scam and make that donation back. if u smart, u can easily avoid it. like it a 5m donator selling an account for 20m, if he/she scams, they just made 15m profit.

 

TMM spawned this idea, he used "trusted donator" rank to get lots of mm's and eventually scam.

 

Perfectly said , a donatoR IS trusted up to the eamount that he/she has donated plus more most liekly.

Wendy didn't need to donate to get trust, so I suggest you shut your mouth (or...stop tying..or however the fuck you're communicating). Any trust she has has absolutley nothing to do with her donation, and a lot to do with her being by far one of the coolest members on the forum.
