Ultimate/Diamond B Pardon

I am requesting a pardon for my permanent ban on the accounts "Ultimate Boosting" and "DiamondMMRBoosting". I would like to have it noted that I was not actually ban evading on Ultimate Boosting. I had my partner make, and run the account, I never logged into it until he had told me it was banned for evading and I decided it would be better if I wrote the dispute. The connection was only made because of Skype IP's. I am only bringing this up because I don't want you all thinking I broke another rule.

I was banned for ddosing a member of this forum who had scammed me out of $160. I made the silly comment hinting at the fact that I was ddosing him in my report thread.

I understand that this was not the right thing to do however upset I was, and despite my thinking that the thief deserved much worse. I would also like to say that I did not ddos him myself, it is not something I do, I am not some crazy black hat dirt bag. I had asked my friend to do it, gave him his Skype username, I don't even know if he was ever actually ddosed. I just said that in my report because I was upset and angry and it was the only ammunition in my mind that I could fire back at him. I wanted to retaliate in some way.

My point is, I am not a bad person, I am not a skid with a $10 booter that goes around ddosing everyone, and all of those threats that I made to the thief in my posts were empty. I am just a decent, normal human being here to sell and buy stuff, and I am trying to start a business, so both of those accounts getting banned really hurts my financial situation.
