Please IP-Check

This was on my livechat. He was acting sort of sketchy "OMM only u have to pay" I then asked him to PM me to prove his identity, he then creates a fake screenshot of an error when trying to pm me. I zoomed up on his screenshot and saw that it was cut & pasted in a paint software *the screenshot can be seen further down in the chat logs*. After I pointed this out, he disconnected from my chat as seen here http://gyazo.com/be65c07c3ee840387f2d2f2d910b22d0

Since he never PM'd me to verify his identity I was wondering if you could IP-Check him for another sythe account possibly,
